The use of this website and in particular goods ordered through our online-shop are subject to the General Terms and Conditions of Business and Use set out below (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”).
Lötscher Ltd. reserves the right to alter or update its Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are therefore advised to check the current Terms and Conditions prior to using our website. The version of our Terms and Conditions displayed on our website on the day an order is placed will apply to that order.

3. Who may order?
Only end user customers may place orders with our online-shop. Lötscher Ltd. products will only be sold in the quantities common for households. You are expressly forbidden to offer Lötscher products purchased through our online-shop for commercial resale.
4. How to order via our online-shop
a. Order procedure and formation of contract
Start by selecting a product from our online-shop. You will need to provide the personal data required for processing your order.
Before the order procedure is completed, a summary of your purchase details will be displayed so that you may check and, if necessary, make corrections before submitting your order. Changes to your delivery or invoice address may be entered directly in the purchase summary. To correct your order, simply click the “back” button of your browser to return to the relevant page and enter your changes.
After you have accepted our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Information, you should click “Confirm Order” to submit a binding offer to purchase to Lötscher Ltd.
The next step is for you to supply your credit card details. We only accept MasterCard and Visa.
After we have received your order and verified your credit card details, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and showing details of the order including these Terms and Conditions (“Order Confirmation”). However, this order confirmation does not amount to acceptance by us of your offer to contract. A contract will first be formed when we dispatch the goods ordered by you. We do not keep copies of the wording of contracts. Should you wish to have a printed copy of your order, including these Terms and Conditions, please print a copy of the order confirmation.
b. Availability of the products
If a product is temporarily unavailable we will indicate that in our online shop. If nevertheless a product has become unavailable during your ordering process, we will notify you by e-mail without delay. In such a case, you may choose to either order a different product or cancel your order.
Lötscher Ltd. excludes all liability for the unavailability of any products.
c. Prices and terms of payment
The prices of the products will be shown in Swiss francs (CHF). The shipping costs are included in the purchase price. Not included are customs duty and VAT tax.
Lötscher Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices of the products offered at any time. The price applicable for any given order will be that applicable at the time that this order is placed in our online-shop.
All orders are due and payable when the ordered goods are shipped. We are, therefore, entitled to debit your credit card for the applicable purchase price and shipping charges as from the date that the goods are shipped. We only accept the following credit cards: MasterCard and Visa.
d. Shipment and shipping charges
The shipping costs are included in the purchase price.
If you do not receive your order within 14 days, please contact our customer service department without delay: info@loetscher.ch
e. Returns
Goods may not be returned.
5. Warranty
If the products delivered exhibit obvious material or production defects (or transport damage) or if they are not in accordance with your order, please send an e-mail to our customer service department without delay so that we can resolve the matter promptly: info@loetscher.ch
A delay in contacting our customer service department in such case will, however, not affect your rights under the law.
6. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and the contractual relationship between Lötscher Ltd. and you are governed by Swiss law. The contract can be concluded in any of the languages in which these Terms and Conditions are available on our website. The Terms and Conditions that are in the language in which you have made your order will apply. Insofar as permitted by law, the courts of Fällanden will have exclusive jurisdiction for any and all disputes arising out of and/or in connection with this contract between you and Lötscher Ltd.
7. Protected content
This website and its entire content, including without limitation, texts, photos, pictures, graphics, prints, films, presentations, sounds, illustrations and software as well as all trademarks and/or designs are all protected against unauthorized use by intellectual property rights, including without limitation, name and image rights, trademarks and/or registered and unregistered design rights. You may not use any of the rights referred to above without our prior written permission except when selecting and/or purchasing goods.
